The teaching faculty of the institute are highly qualified and well experienced in training pharmacy students. The faculty is sent to QIP programmes of AICTE to improve their knowledge of the latest developments in the field of pharmacy. The faculty is encouraged to publish scientific papers and participate in seminars and workshops to continuously updated their knowledge and pas it on to the students. So far the faculty members presented about 18 papers at both National and International conferences like IPC, APTI, FIP, FAPA and AASP. The institute also employed required strength of non-teaching staff as per the norms. Eminent professors in the field of Pharmacy from Industry regulatory and teaching visit the institute to update the knowledge of students and staff with their knowledge and experience . Faculty takes personal care of all students by interacting and helping them by giving proper guidance.
